Job Description

• Execute and maintain the 0–18 month supply‑demand plan aligned to S&OP outputs.
• Monitor key KPIs such as Customer Service Level, Inventory, and Air Freight and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure aligned execution.
• Support S&OE governance, including supply reviews and execution forums.
• Identify risks in demand, supply, and inventory and support mitigation planning.
• Maintain data accuracy and planning discipline within systems and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, inventory, and cost performance.

• 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's OR 1+ year of experience with a Master's in areas such as Supply Planning, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• Ability to successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of the position.

Pay range: $97,000 to $155,000 annually. Other compensation may include annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.

• Position located in Connecticut; requires residence in or within commuting distance to CT.
• Full‑time office‑based role; present in company facilities at least 3 days per week.
