Project Manager - Healthcare

Turner & Townsend is searching for a Project Manager of Healthcare Infrastructure to oversee and manage multiple healthcare infrastructure projects for our healthcare client in NYC. Specialized expertise serving healthcare clients with complex capital projects and programs regarding critical infrastructure projects. Projects include HVARC systems, water systems, gas and vacuum, electrical power and fire suppression systems. This is not a remote role.

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrate capability to read, understand and apply standards to sophisticated documents affecting real estate projects, including but not limited to agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
• Interface and be in direct contact with the clients to define project requirements. Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Track project progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Report status and variances. Craft action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
• Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assess change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.
• Demonstrate ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of projects & project management within the context of business results (larger economic implications, business risk, etc). Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 to 8 years of recent healthcare construction/ project management experience.
• Proven experience within healthcare project sectors and projects is required.
• Solid track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously and the ability to deliver under pressure or fast paced environments is helpful.

The salary range for this full-time role is $110K-$160K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
