Sr Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• The Senior Brand Manager will lead all aspects of Homogenized Tobacco Leaf (HTL) Brand Management, including pricing, promotion, packaging, advertising, product innovation, and portfolio strategy
• Drive growth through careful planning, working across departments, and consumer insights
• Develop and complete 1–3 years of brand strategies to achieve volume, market share, and profitability goals
• Identify and prioritize new opportunities using financial modeling and market/category insights
• Monitor driven activity and regulatory trends; implement response strategies
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, and agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution
• Lead innovation from ideation to launch, including POS and advertising support
• Lead digital strategy (website, CRM, loyalty programs)

• 5+ years of brand management experience in consumer-packaged goods
• Strong strategic, analytical, and P&L leadership skills
• Proven leadership and cross-functional partnership abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and syndicated/internal data tools
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 25% travel (domestic and international) required
