We’re seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to help drive day-to-day operational excellence and lead a team of 4 direct reports supporting underwriting and business operations. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a service‑oriented environment.

• Lead and develop a team of 4 operations professionals
• Drive process improvement, workflow design and operational efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally with underwriting, finance, claims, actuarial, and offshore teams
• Champion operational excellence initiatives and performance metrics
• Explore and support AI‑driven tools and automation to enhance productivity

• Reinsurance or insurance carrier experience preferred
• Strong financial acumen (accounting, reporting, or FP&A exposure a plus)
• Proven experience in process improvement and workflow optimization
• Interest or exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborative, service‑minded leader who can influence across teams
