💰 Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity

• Drive membership sales and retention
• Manage daily operations and staffing

• Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists

• Keep the studio on track week-to-week

• ✔ Experience in sales, retail, fitness, hospitality, or membership business
