The production assistant position is based at our factory location in Deep River, CT. You will make ice cream, bake, organize ingredients and dry goods, clean, keep inventory, and maintain a tidy and efficient workspace in the production room as well as the space throughout the building.
Our ideal candidate is someone who…
- Loves to bake
- Wants to make ice cream
- Is precise, fastidious, organized, and detail-oriented
- Works well on their own and can closely follow recipes and directions
- Can manage a variety of tasks
- Has an excellent palate
- Can lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Loves ice cream and is intrigued by the process behind making it
