Day Shift | Up to 5% Travel
Work with cutting-edge robotic welding, additive manufacturing, and advanced fabrication technologies while helping develop the future of modern manufacturing.
What You'll Be Doing- Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing, welding, and robotic systems
- Perform TIG, MIG, laser welding, wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM), and directed energy deposition (DED) processes
- Fabricate fixtures, tooling, prototypes, and production components for engineering and customer projects
- Support commissioning, calibration, qualification, and optimization of advanced manufacturing equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, GD&T, welding specifications, and process documentation
- Conduct process development trials while documenting parameters and production results
- Perform quality inspections using metrology equipment and nondestructive evaluation methods
- Collaborate with engineers and technical teams on manufacturing development and prototype projects
- Assist with customer demonstrations, technical training, and technology transfer initiatives
- Maintain laboratory equipment while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met
- 7+ years of hands-on industrial experience in welding, fabrication, additive manufacturing, or automated manufacturing
- Strong experience with TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), and laser welding
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
- AWS Welding Certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with strong hands-on problem-solving skills
- Experience safely operating industrial manufacturing equipment
- Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM)
- Directed Energy Deposition (DED)
- Cold Spray technologies
- Industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Motoman, Universal Robots)
- Robot programming or teach pendants
- Metallurgy and weld qualification
- CNC machining or hybrid manufacturing systems
- R&D, prototype development, or low-volume manufacturing
- Work with some of today's most advanced manufacturing technologies—including robotics, laser welding, and metal additive manufacturing

Associate degree, technical certification, apprenticeship, military training, or equivalent hands-on experience in:
