In this role the Broadcast Overwatch Specialist is responsible for the continuous monitoring, coordination, and operational oversight of live broadcast systems and services at the MLS facilities located in Stamford, Connecticut. This role ensures the integrity, availability, and quality of broadcast operations by providing real-time situational awareness, managing operational incidents, coordinating cross-functional response efforts, and ensuring seamless delivery of full production and REMI broadcast content.

The Broadcast Overwatch Specialist provides leadership and oversight to on-site Technical Managers, ensuring consistent execution of operational standards. As the primary operational liaison, this role serves as the main point of contact for client communications, providing timely updates, coordinating responses to operational and technical issues.

• Manage and provide leadership to on-site Technical Managers, ensuring operational consistency, technical readiness, and staffing coordination.
