Our client is hiring for an Account Manager to lead day-to-day client account management and oversee the full delivery of marketing and point-of-sale (POS) projects—from print and promotional product sourcing to execution. This role blends strategic planning, operational coordination, and financial oversight to support client growth and align with the client's business goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, building trusted partnerships and delivering strategic, growth-focused solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of marketing and POS projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet client expectations and deliver sustainable, value-driven outcomes.
• Translate client needs into actionable briefs, review samples and creative, and lead quality control efforts.
• Analyze campaign data, provide strategic insights, and deliver regular updates and forecasts to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in print, promotional products, or procurement outsourcing for CPG/retail clients;
  Wine & Spirits or Beer industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, grow accounts, and drive revenue and margin growth.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork, cultural awareness, and excellent written and verbal communication in client-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), detail-oriented, and open to occasional client travel.
• Must be willing to travel into office 2-3 times per week
