Sponsorship Marketing Manager - Sports

Client Overview: Our client is a global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes film, television, news, sports, and digital content across a broad portfolio of iconic brands and platforms.

You must have experience in Ad Sales and Marketing within the Sports network to be considered for this role.

Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Sponsorship Marketing Lead to drive integrated marketing solutions that connect brands with audiences in impactful ways. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop innovative sponsorship programs from concept through execution.

• Attend meetings with advertisers, agencies, and internal teams to assess client needs
• Lead internal briefing sessions and align cross-functional partners
• Develop strategic proposals that are insight-driven, on-brand, and on-strategy
• Pitch ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
• Translate advertiser objectives and consumer insights into compelling marketing platforms
• Build persuasive client presentations and narratives using PowerPoint and Word
• Develop ideas across linear, streaming, digital, social, and experiential platforms
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams including sales, production, marketing, and digital
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment and seamless execution
• Oversee programs from ideation through delivery
• Lead activation planning and sponsorship fulfillment to ensure successful delivery

• 5+ years of experience in sponsorship, marketing, or brand strategy
• Proven digital expertise across video, social, OTT, and emerging formats
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work hybrid from Stamford, CT
