  • Standardize analytics framework across paid and organic talent efforts. Deliver executive-level monthly recaps that track engagement, traffic, conversion, and brand sentiment using industry tools.
  • Direct relationships with external agency partners, platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Captiv8), and talent management agencies.
What You Bring:

Proven track record of building and scaling performance-driven influencer/creator programs from scratch.
  • Expert negotiation skills with deep knowledge of talent contracts, licensing, FTC compliance, and rate card benchmarks across Instagram, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
    Strong analytical acumen:
Demonstrated ability to measure organic/paid creator ROI, interpret data, and present performance stories to executive stakeholders.
  • Strategic cross-functional leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can influence partners across social, PR, e-commerce, and merchandising.
