We're looking for an execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead Touch Care's B2B demand generation. You'll build, scale, and optimize the marketing funnels that reach benefits brokers, HR leaders, and Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs), turning complex insurance and benefits concepts into high-converting campaigns that fill our sales pipeline.

This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and our broker and channel partners. You'll bring deep knowledge of the employer benefits, healthcare navigation, or HR tech ecosystem and play a foundational role in growing Touch Care's presence in the broker community.

Design, execute, and monitor multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid search, targeted display, and programmatic account-based marketing (ABM).

Continuously test and refine landing pages, ad copy, and email nurture workflows to improve conversion rates and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Build marketing toolkits, pitch decks, and educational playbooks that brokers and benefits consultants can use to sell Touch Care to their employer clients.

Partner with tier-one brokerage firms on joint webinars, regional round tables, and co-branded collateral that expand our market reach.

Own performance tracking for marketing programs, reporting on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), cost per lead, and pipeline contribution.

Optimize our Hub Spot marketing stack to maintain database hygiene, manage list segmentation, and ensure clean multi-touch attribution.

Guide message positioning for industry conferences and events, working closely with the Events Marketing and Content Marketing teams.

Manage Touch Care's presence on Shortlister, Benefit Pitch, and similar platforms, keeping materials current and providing quick guidance on RFP responses.

3–6 years of B2B marketing or demand generation experience.

2+ years of experience in employer benefits, healthcare navigation, captive insurance, or HR tech, with a working understanding of employer-sponsored healthcare, broker compensation, and corporate buying cycles.

Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) and CRM integration (Hub Spot, Salesforce).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Canva, Google Analytics and account-based marketing (ABM) platforms.

The salary range for this role is $100,000–$125,000, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and alignment with the scope of the role.
