  • Gather participant and community feedback through surveys, conversations, outreach activities, and events, and share relevant insights with B1C teams.
  • Identify new outreach opportunities, community gathering places, communication channels, and trusted messengers, and track outreach activities to assess which approaches are most effective in reaching and engaging participants.
  • Partner and collaborate with B1C program, development, and communications teams to understand outreach priorities, emerging needs and target audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of major B1C organizational events and community engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activities, referrals, participant feedback, and community contacts.
