Negligible. Constellation Health is seeking a DYNAMIC LPN to work an OVERNIGHT SHIFT for a prestigious school in Fairfield County, CT.

Must have a valid LPN license for the state of CT.

Shift options:
Either Monday into Tuesday AND Wednesday into Thursday, or Tuesday into Wednesday AND Thursday into Friday.

Hours:

3pm - 9am (either shift).

• Provide medication administration.
• Provide direct patient care as defined in the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
• Assess and provide patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
• Assist the registered nurse or physician in performing specialized procedures and duties, which include preparing equipment and materials for treatments, observing aseptic technique as required, and assisting the patient in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
• Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in personal and professional growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the registered nurse.

• Employee has the required licensure, education, training, and qualifications required by rule, regulation, law and/or statute to qualify for the role in their state.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the state.
• Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
• Possesses and maintains CPR certification (as per state regulations).
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
