Registered Nurse Supervisor
Join the Norwalk Care Center Team! We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Norwalk Care Center in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibilities include creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients.
- Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and management of staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in home or community-based nursing settings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Work Hours:
- On-call duty Friday 4:30 pm–Monday 8:00 am (Eastern).
- Shift coverage:
Monday–Friday 7 am–3:30 pm; 9:30 am–6 pm; 3 pm–11 pm as needed; weekends 7 am–3 pm; 3 pm–11 pm; 11 pm–7 am.
Compensation: $30.00 hourly.
Employment type:
Full-time +1.
