Key Duties Include- Performing comprehensive patient assessments and documenting findings
- Assisting physicians during electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantations
- Administering medications and conscious sedation, monitoring cardiac rhythms, and responding to patient condition changes
- Maintaining sterile technique, preparing equipment, and troubleshooting
- Providing patient education on procedures and post-care, ensuring understanding and safety
- Monitoring recovery, managing complications, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control standards
- One year of recent EP Lab RN experience
- Valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking, strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and follow instructions
