Supplier Quality Engineer

Position Title:

Supplier Quality Engineer – Auditor.

Location:

Connecticut (Onsite). Travel Requirement:

• Onsite in Connecticut.
• Travel required for supplier audits and vendor visits.
• Client will cover expenses for supplier/vendor audit travel.

Seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer – Auditor with a strong medical device background to support supplier quality and remediation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience leading supplier audits, managing remediation activities, driving CAPAs, and supporting supplier quality operations within regulated medical device environments. Experience supporting injection molding suppliers is highly preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of Medical Device Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience leading supplier audits from planning through closure.
• Experience documenting audit findings and observations.
• Experience creating and managing CAPAs resulting from audit findings.
• Experience presenting and reporting audit findings internally to Quality leadership.
• Experience handling:
• NCMRs (Non‑Conforming Material Reports)
• CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
• Experience supporting supplier quality remediation programs.
• Experience managing supplier quality operations related to injection molding processes.
