Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager II to own quality on capital projects from the owner's side. You will write the project quality plan, set surveillance and audit programs, and qualify vendors and inspection subcontractors to ensure turnover readiness.
You will lead audits of contractors and suppliers, review QC plans and ITPs, manage nonconformance and corrective actions, and report metrics to project leadership and the owner's quality organization.
