MUST HAVE PRIOR RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE in fast paced Fast Casual Environment This is not an entry-level position.

Fresh&Co is a high-volume, scratch-cooked fast casual concept in Stamford. We are growing and looking for an experienced restaurant leader to join our team in a hands-on front-line role.

• Help lead, expedite, and work the front line during busy service periods
• Engage guests and deliver exceptional hospitality
• Oversee third-party and takeout order accuracy
• Support daily operations including register and service flow
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Help coach and support team members during high-volume shifts

• Previous restaurant experience leadership or shift leadership experience
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Detail-oriented with strong guest service focus
• Weekend availability (on a rotation minimally)
• Commitment to food quality and operational excellence
