Job SummaryStep into an exciting opportunity to bring your leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to a world‑class corporate environment. As the Café & Pantry Operations Manager supporting WWE’s Stamford headquarters, you will oversee a dynamic multi‑pantry program, a high‑volume Coffee Bar, retail Grab & Go offerings, and executive‑level pantry services. In this Monday–Friday role with consistent daytime hours (generally 9:30 to 5:30), you’ll enjoy an exceptional work–life balance while guiding a talented team of seven associates.
Your focus will be on elevating hospitality, enhancing the employee experience, and maintaining excellence across all food and beverage touchpoints.
- Oversee daily operations of all pantry locations, the Coffee Bar, retail Grab & Go, and executive pantry services
- Lead, train, mentor, and schedule a team of 7 employees
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and a polished corporate hospitality experience
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards across multiple service areas
- Partner with culinary, facilities, and corporate stakeholders to ensure smooth, high‑quality operations
- Manage financial performance and operate within established budgets
- Support special requests or additional responsibilities as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in café, pantry, or food service operations; leadership experience strongly preferred
- A passion for hospitality and professional growth within a corporate service environment
- Strong understanding of POS systems, retail merchandising, and food safety regulations
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Serv Safe or Department of Health certification preferred
