Retail Associate – Just Cats Veterinary Hospital (Cats Only!)

As a Retail Associate, you’re part of it all: supporting cat parents, guiding product choices, and even playing a role in connecting adoptable cats with their forever homes.

$21+ per hour, based on experience.

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client and visitor
• Help customers choose the right diets, products, and supplies for their cats
• Educate pet owners on nutrition, wellness, and everyday care
• Support and promote our in-store adoption program
• Keep the retail area clean, organized, and inviting
• Manage inventory, ordering, restocking, and merchandising
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Continuously learn so you can confidently guide and support customers

• A genuine love for cats—and a soft spot for rescue animals
• Strong customer service skills and a people-first mindset
• Great communication and a natural ability to connect
• Attention to detail and pride in creating an organized, welcoming space
• Ability to multitask and stay positive in a fast-paced setting
• Pet retail experience preferred
