• Deduction & Issue Resolution:
  Identify, investigate, and resolve deductions, short payments, and customer account discrepancies while minimizing recurring issues and driving root‑cause resolution.
• Sales Partnership & Influence:
  Collaborate with and influence Sales Teams, Customer Development Managers, and brokers to ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and timely resolution of deduction‑related issues.
• Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis:
  Continuously identify trends in deductions, eliminate recurring issues, and implement process improvements across customer accounts and upstream operations.
• Financial Accuracy & Compliance:
  Ensure all revenue transactions, invoicing, and deductions are recorded in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards while identifying cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to resolve issues, validate deductions, and address non‑compliance effectively.
• Leadership, Communication & Execution:
  Act as a liaison for deduction issues, lead projects and training initiatives, build strong internal/external relationships, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Systems, Reporting & Analysis:
  Utilize tools such as SAP, TPM systems, and reporting platforms to validate deductions, analyze discrepancies (orders, deliveries, PODs), manage KPIs, and generate actionable reports.
