Cashier Lead – Provides a seamless checkout experience while overseeing cashwrap processes, maintaining line speed, schedules, and backup coverage to meet corporate standards.

• Manage the customer line, greeting and directing customers to the appropriate register, and calling for additional associates or managers as needed.
• Ensure a neat, clean area with necessary supplies and adherence to fast‑to‑floor expectations.
• Guide, teach, and train associates assigned to the cash area.
• Resolve customer concerns or seek appropriate management support in the moment.
• Support the connected service model, line speed, employee scheduling and backup cashier usage.

• Minimum of 2 years delivering customer experience in a retail environment.
• Outgoing, engaging, and solution‑oriented with a can‑do attitude.
• Exhibits proactive, problem‑solving skills and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in managing a multi‑register cash wrap and maintaining standards.
