Lids - 100 Greyrock Place - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting, with regular follow up;
Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures;
Encourage compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines including safekeeping of inventory and funds;
Customer Experience Lead to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service
