Our client, a leading services business in New England, is hiring for a Sales Executive out of their Stamford, CT location! This is a fantastic role for early career sales professionals looking to sell a stable and necessary service, while not being tied to a desk!
This business is also involved in sustainability & helping the environment, so employee's can feel good about where they work and what they are selling!
Please note - this role is fully onsite in Stamford, with 3 days spent in office, and 2 days in the field visiting customers.
Position OverviewThis field-based sales role is responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The role partners closely with sales leadership and account managers to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of prospects and accounts to meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues in partnership with sales leadership
- Develop and execute account strategies, including pricing and service recommendations
- Prepare proposals and recommendations based on customer needs, operational analysis, and market insights
- 1+ years of sales or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills
