Breakdown of Sales Development Representative Role:

Leverage Sales Force to assess current pipeline of advisors

Manage a pipeline of leads, which consist of a balanced mix of warm leads generated from marketing and outbound cold calls

Book on average 1-2 sales demonstrations each day for Sales Associates

Collaborate with SDR Team Lead, Senior Sales Manager, and VP of Sales during recurring brain storming sessions to enhance our sales playbooks

Growth Mindset – Must have a ‘can do' attitude and believe challenges help you grow

Hustle – Must be willing to work hard each day

Communication Skills – Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team Player – Must actively contribute to the SDR team objectives, while collaborating with your teammates to improve the sales process

Problem Solving – Must be able to identify the full scope of the challenge and work toward finding an effective solution

1+ years of experience in a client facing/sales role preferred, interest in Saas sales required

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (in fields such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Liberal Arts, Psychology, Social Studies, or related) preferred

Monthly bonus opportunities based on # of demos booked

Overall target compensation: $41,000 - $52,000 per year
