Position Overview
Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in- office in Stamford, CT. This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a closer mentality, we would like to hear from you.
ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team.
Qualifications- Proven track record:
Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience. - Tech savvy + strong computer skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred.
- Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer.
- Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence.
- Strong time-management and multitasking ability.
- Candidate must be available to work on- site at our headquarters in Stamford, CT. (Relocation assistance is not provided.)

Compensation:
Hourly + Commissions; $65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
