Counter Sales Associate

Work in an engaging and diverse environment with a focus on customer support and sales in the construction materials industry.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers.
• Process orders, generate quotes, enter orders into the system, and provide order information to customers; pull orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
• Upsell by identifying related products, add‑on extensions, and informing customers of promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales‑order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Pay Range: $20.00–$26.50 hourly (Connecticut law requires posting of salary range for advertised jobs).
