- Serve as the strategic relationship lead for assigned accounts
- Deliver a high‑touch client experience and build trusted partnerships

- Use data, reporting, and insights to inform strategy
- 5–7 years of significant experience in account management, client services, or relationship management
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people

- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and exercise sound judgment
