As Director of Community Relations, you will drive occupancy in your community by developing meaningful personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners through our commitment to prospect-centered selling.
Responsibilities- Supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options and educating on Edgehill offerings to guide them to choosing the assigned community
- Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management
- Building and maintaining prospect and professional relationships through a strong lead base and CRM management
- Generating and maintaining your pipeline
- Comprehensive understanding of your community’s competitive market landscape
- Researching and/or visiting competitors’ facilities
- Articulating the Benchmark Difference
- Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout the marketplace
- Demonstrating empathetic, diligent and committed active listening with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Developing strong professional relationships within the community and in target markets that lead to qualified referrals to the community
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Lifecare Communities for seniors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to speak intelligently about our services
- Base Salary plus commissions package $150,000+ including quarterly and annual bonus structure
