Business Development Manager – Commercial & Referral Relationships
All Dry Services of Connecticut
Fairfield County, CT and bordering communities in New Haven County
$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary + 4% Commission | $95,000+ Expected First-Year OTE
Company Vehicle + Full Benefits
You already know a property manager who mentions water damage every few months. An insurance adjuster who's tired of recommending a vendor who doesn't call people back. A plumber who wishes he had someone reliable to refer emergency jobs to.
Right now, none of that is worth anything to you.
That's the part we want to change.
The Opportunity
All Dry Services of Connecticut is looking for a business development professional who already has a foothold in this market — relationships built over years in property management, insurance, or the trades — and wants those relationships to finally translate into income.
This isn't a territory you're inheriting, and it isn't one you're being asked to build from a cold list. You're bringing a network with you. Our job is to give that network somewhere credible to go: proven systems, a real operations team behind you, and a company that's been serving Fairfield County long enough that when you make an introduction, it holds up.
You’ll work with (and likely already know some of):
- Property Managers
- Facility Managers
- Insurance Agents & Adjusters
- Plumbers
- Mechanical & HVAC Contractors
- Commercial Property Owners
- General Contractors
The more of your existing network you activate, the more your territory is worth — and it keeps producing long after the first conversation.
Why All Dry Services of ConnecticutWe're a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company, which matters more than it sounds like it should. When you tell a property manager or an adjuster “call us when something goes wrong,” they're trusting that we'll actually show up and do the work well. That trust is what makes a referral relationship repeatable instead of a one-time favor.
We've built the infrastructure — CRM, marketing support, sales leadership, and an operations team that delivers — so the relationships you create are backed by something real, not just a promise.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Reconnecting with and formalizing existing industry relationships
- Prospecting new referral partners across the territory
- Meeting property managers, adjusters, and contractors face-to-face
- Running discovery and consultative sales conversations
- Presenting All Dry’s capabilities and points of differentiation
- Attending local networking and industry association events
- Following up consistently — relationships compound, but only if you stay in front of people
- Managing activity and pipeline through CRM
- Coordinating with operations once a relationship produces active work
You’ll have support and structure behind you. You’ll still be expected to execute — this is a sales role, and the relationships only pay off if you're consistently opening doors and following up.
What Success Looks Like
- Your existing relationships formally active and producing referrals
- A growing network of new referral partners across the territory
- Consistent weekly meetings with prospects and partners
- A healthy, trackable pipeline in CRM
- Referral opportunities that repeat — not one-off wins
- Momentum toward $95,000+ total annual compensation
This role rewards people whose network keeps paying off, not people who have one great month and stall.
Bring Your Network. Let’s Make It Worth Something. If you’ve spent years building relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, or contractors and have never been compensated for the referrals those relationships could produce, this is that opportunity.
Who We’re Looking For
- Established relationships within property management, insurance, or commercial trades — or a comparable B2B network
- Proven outside sales or business development experienceanalysis
We accidentally truncated the last list and left stray placeholder. We need to produce correct closed tags: we had a closing incorrectly; need to correct. Also the JSON string must be valid. But we cannot close with . Should remove that line. Also we truncated earlier: at the end after List- we had incomplete post. We need add the rest: after the list we need to add paragraph
