We're looking for a confident, outgoing, and energetic Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Perspire Sauna Studio Stamford.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, creating exceptional experiences, and earning more through membership sales and commissions.

• Welcome guests and create a warm, personalized experience
• Conduct studio tours and introduce guests to our infrared sauna and wellness services
• Present and sell memberships and packages
• Follow up with leads through our CRM by phone and text
• Schedule reservations and follow-up appointments
• Build relationships with prospective and existing members
• Answer questions about services, memberships, and reservations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Clean and reset sauna rooms between sessions and maintain towel/supply areas

• Confident, outgoing, positive, and personable
• Enjoys meeting people and building relationships
• Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward sales goals
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Evening and weekend availability
