Sell something you'd stake your name on.Most sales roles ask you to cold-call strangers about a product you barely believe in. This one is the opposite.
Every lead you speak with has already raised their hand. They're actively looking for help, and you get to connect them with some of the best-trained therapists in the country. The clinicians who train our team literally wrote the curricula other therapists learn CBT from.
Why top sellers join CBT Collective- 100% warm, inbound pipeline. No cold calling, no prospecting lists. You work high-intent inquiries plus referrals from psychiatrists, pediatric networks, and schools.
- A premium product that delivers. Sessions run $325-$475, and clients are typically seen within two days. Your job is to help people see why it's worth it, and it is.
- Real upside. Uncapped, performance-based incentives on top of a competitive base.
- A sales org being built the right way. Premium tech-stack, top notch operations team, and you'll be coached, measured fairly, and given room to grow as we do.
- Work that matters. You'll often be the first person someone talks to on the day they finally decide to get help. When you close, someone starts getting better.
As an Account Executive on our Clinical Coordination team, you'll often be the first person a prospective client or family speaks with. How you listen, explain options, and follow through will shape their entire experience with CBT Collective.
You'll own the journey from initial inquiry through the first appointment:
- Understand what someone is looking for
- Identify the right clinician
- Explain fees and out-of-network insurance
- Address questions and coordinate next steps
This is a phone-intensive, commission-eligible sales role with clear performance expectations. You should enjoy consultative conversations, take ownership of your pipeline, and feel motivated by converting interest into booked and completed intakes.
You'll provide compassionate, informed guidance in a nonclinical role. You'll partner with our clinical team whenever a situation requires clinical input.
What You'll Do- Lead thoughtful consultations. Build rapport with prospective clients and families. Ask purposeful questions to understand their needs, preferences, and practical barriers to starting therapy.
- Guide clinician matching. Develop a strong understanding of our clinicians' specialties, approaches, fees, and availability, so you can help clients navigate their options.
- Explain the process clearly. Walk clients through pricing, out-of-network insurance and reimbursement, scheduling, paperwork, and next steps, without promising coverage or clinical outcomes.
- Turn inquiries into appointments. Address concerns with empathy and confidence, communicate the value of our services, and help appropriate clients move forward with care.
- Own follow-through. Manage a pipeline of new inquiries and active conversations. Follow up consistently so every inquiry has a clear next step.
- Coordinate a smooth start. Work with clinicians and operations on scheduling, onboarding, and clean handoffs through the first appointment.
- Protect confidentiality and use sound judgment. Follow HIPAA requirements and practice policies, and answer process-related privacy questions. Promptly escalated clinical or safety concerns through established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records. Keep timely, organized notes and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
- Take accountability for results. Work toward clear goals for responsiveness, conversion,…
