Security Officer Residences

Position: Security Officer Downtown Residences
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document relevant details;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter points;
Monitor access to the property by observing arrivals and departures, verifying authorization when appropriate, and reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns;
Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with residents and management, following post orders, and completing assigned reports, logs, and/or incident documentation
