Security Officer Unarmed Corporate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through the proper chain of command;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor direction, tenant inquiries, and other property-related support needs as appropriate;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, communicating professionally with occupants and guests, and completing assigned reports and patrol activities during each shift
