Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, lobbies, and/or entry areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist visitors with directions, and support property access procedures;
Observe and report security-related concerns such as suspicious activity, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or property damage while working in a commercial real estate location
