Luxury Security Officer

Job Skills / Requirements

Hourly Rate: $19 per hour

Monday – Friday: 4pm-12am.

• Professional appearance – clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.
• Service-oriented mindset – polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.
• Strong communication skills – clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Situational awareness & discretion – understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.
• Reliability & consistency – dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.

• Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
• Strong observational skills: ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
• Communication skills: communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
• Conflict resolution skills: de-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
• Customer service experience required
• Valid CT Guard Card
• High school diploma or transcripts
