Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, and/or community amenities to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations;
Prepare clear reports of patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations and provide courteous assistance with directions, questions, and resident concerns
