Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, documenting security-related incidents;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services when needed;
Assist with visitor inquiries and report hazards or disturbances to the appropriate contacts
