Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with management and/or emergency responders as needed.;
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
