What You Will Be Building:

• Custom Millwork: Install high-end trim, baseboards, crown molding, and wainscoting.
• Cabinetry & Built-Ins: Execute complex installations of custom cabinetry and architectural wood features.
• Fine Finish Work: Hang doors, install hardware, and ensure every detail is flawless before the client sees it.
• Collaboration: Work alongside project managers and other trades who respect your expertise.

What We Need From You:

• 5+ Years Experience in residential finish carpentry. (Experience in luxury/high-end homes is preferred).
• The Eye: A strong ability to read blueprints and execute intricate details with precision.
• The Tools: You have extensive knowledge of finish carpentry tools and techniques.
• Reliability: You show up on time, maintain a clean job site, and communicate professionally with clients.
• Driver’s License: Must have a valid license to operate the company vehicle.
