We’re looking for skilled licensed Electricians (E1 or E2) to join our growing team, specializing in residential multifamily projects. If you take pride in clean, code‑compliant work and want steady projects in a team‑focused environment, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings.
- Perform rough and finish wiring for apartments and housing units.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local codes.
- Work closely with team members to keep projects on schedule.
- Valid Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License.
- Experience in residential wiring (multifamily preferred).
- Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Residential construction sites (multi‑family housing).
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions.
- Fast‑paced projects with consistent workflow.

- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights.
