CTTRANSIT in Stamford, Connecticut, is seeking a Heavy-duty Technician responsible for performing maintenance on the fleet of buses. You will diagnose, repair, and conduct preventive maintenance on all company vehicles and equipment.
The ideal candidate has three years of experience in heavy-duty fleet mechanics and must hold a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements. Strong skills in hydraulics, electrical systems, and bus mechanical systems are essential.
Successful completion of training courses in DC Electricity, brake systems, steering/suspension, and PLC is required.
