Technicians work on a diverse mix of European, Domestic, Asian, gas, diesel, hybrid, and commercial fleet vehicles, including a large volume of Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans. The shop features factory-level diagnostic capabilities for Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Toyota, Lexus, Chrysler, Dodge, General Motors, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Jaguar, and Land Rover.

• Perform advanced diagnostics with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and brake systems.
• Perform programming and module-related diagnostics.
• Utilize factory scan tools, Launch, Autel, Snap-on, and manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Mitchell 1/Bolt On.
• Document repairs and diagnostic findings in Mitchell 1.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship with low comeback rates.

• 8–10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred.
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Programming experience preferred.
• Self-starter who works independently.
• Experience servicing European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles.
• Dealer or independent repair experience accepted.
• ASE Certifications preferred.

Pay: $25–$35/hr (Hourly or Flat Rate Depending on Experience / Skills)

Typical Production: 40+ flagged hours per week

• Perform suspension, steering, brake, and general mechanical repairs.
• Complete engine and transmission R&R work.
• Perform routine maintenance services and inspections.
• Diagnose basic mechanical and drivability concerns.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections using Mitchell 1/Bolt On.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality repairs.
• Participate in paid training and continue developing diagnostic skills.

• 5+ years of professional automotive shop repair experience.
• Strong mechanical repair abilities.
• Basic diagnostic experience.
• Desire to continue learning and growing.
• Experience servicing European, Domestic, and Asian vehicles.
• Dealer or independent repair experience accepted.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
