The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial garage doors and openers while providing excellent customer service. Whether you’re an experienced garage door technician or have a strong mechanical background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, automotive repair, appliance repair, or another skilled trade, we’d love to meet you.

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
• Recommend products and services that best fit each customer’s needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and professionally present solutions.
• Build trust with customers while delivering an outstanding service experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Represent Century Garage Door Service with professionalism and integrity on every service call.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Sales experience preferred, with the ability to confidently educate customers and recommend the right products and services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and create a positive customer experience.
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to maximize earnings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Garage door experience is preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, automotive repair, appliance repair, or other mechanical trades.
