This full-time, on-site role is based in Stamford, CT, and is open to Connecticut-licensed Journeyman, Technicians, and Installers. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with state and local codes and company standards. Team members will interpret technical documents and drawings, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently. The role involves working with tools and equipment, coordinating with colleagues and supervisors, and interacting professionally with customers to explain work performed and address basic questions.

Individuals in this position are expected to maintain a clean, organized work area, document completed tasks, and participate in ongoing training to keep skills and certifications current.

• Connecticut journeyman-level license or appropriate state-recognized technical certification, with proven experience in field installations and service work.
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards, building codes, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact respectfully with clients.
• Reliable transportation to Stamford, CT job sites, punctuality, and the ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including occasional overtime if needed.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks, such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade school training is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a journeyman, technician, or installer in a related trade is strongly beneficial.
