We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to join our team in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments. The successful candidate must have strong technical knowledge, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform electrical inspections and ensure compliance with Connecticut and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Participate in on-call or emergency service work as needed.

• Valid Connecticut Electrical License (E1, E2, or applicable license preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of electrical experience (or equivalent apprenticeship experience).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments, including ladders, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial electrical projects.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience with generators, controls, automation, or solar installations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
