Full Stack Developer (C#/.NET) – Low Latency Trading/Treasury Systems
Location:
Stamford, CT / Midtown Manhattan, NY
Experience:
8–10 years overall | 5–7 years low‑latency backend in trading/treasury/OMS
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong C#/.NET skills and proven experience building low‑latency backend services within hedge fund or asset management environments. This role supports mission‑critical treasury and trading workflows, including order management and post‑trade operational processes, where performance, reliability, and accuracy are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and support low‑latency backend services in C#/.NET for trading, treasury, and/or order management systems.
- Develop robust APIs and service integrations to support real‑time processing and high‑throughput workflows.
- Apply object‑oriented design principles and engineering best practices (e.g., SOLID, clean code, unit/integration testing).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Treasury, Operations, Accounting, or Compliance) to translate requirements into well‑engineered solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes with a focus on stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to standards for maintainability, observability, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to full stack delivery as needed; support UI development and enhancements (Blazor/Dev Express exposure is a plus).
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong emphasis on C#/.NET.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on experience developing low‑latency backend services supporting trading systems, treasury systems, and/or order management systems (OMS).
- Deep knowledge of object‑oriented programming and design patterns; ability to write high‑quality, production‑grade code.
- Experience delivering and supporting services in performance‑sensitive environments (e.g., real‑time or near real‑time processing).
