Salesforce Developer

Location:

Stamford, CT - hybrid onsite

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., middleware tools like Mule Soft, Dell Boomi, or custom integrations).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Proficient in CI/CD processes, version control (e.g., Git), and Salesforce DX.
  • Salesforce Developer Certifications (minimum of Platform Developer I; Platform Developer II or other relevant certs preferred).
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Familiarity with optimizing system performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong documentation skills for solutions and system configurations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving internal development practices.
