Location:

Samford, CT
Compensation: $72,392/year + customer tips
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)
Start Time: Between 6 am – 7 am until workload completed

• Operate a commercial vehicle safely and responsibly, follow defined safe work practices, and complete DOT-required documentation daily.
• Adhere to safety policies, including prohibited use of electronic devices while driving and reporting any on‑job incidents or changes in driving status.
• Be courteous, outgoing, and maintain a professional image.
• Meet each customer’s preferences by delivering correct products to the right location during their scheduled time.
• Maintain accurate delivery information on all accounts, including cash and receipts.
• Find opportunities to maximize efficiencies and provide actionable solutions to leadership.
• Act as a team player by supporting the team with decisions and helping others when needed.
• Provide professional water dispenser cleaning services while adhering to strict quality processes.
• Adhere to pricing and promotion guidelines set forth by Primo Brands.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing customers and achieve monthly acquisition goals.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to secure and/or maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement (for applicable CDL positions). Primo Brands is a certified CDL provider and can assist with obtaining the Class B CDL where available.
• Service‑oriented with strong face‑to‑face sales skills.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in different weather conditions.
• Ability to interact with customers effectively in a variety of settings.
• Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 45 lb., using product handling tools as appropriate, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle 40–55 times per day.
• Ability to work an average 45‑hour week or more, including variable start/end times.
• Ability to alternately sit, stand, push, pull, and walk all day, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working for Primo Brands.
• Must possess a clean driving record: in the last 3 years, only had 1 license, no suspensions, revocations, cancellations, or disqualifying offenses; no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents; no major driving offenses such as DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at‑fault fatal accident.
• Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement).
